Matthew 5:16 says, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” What a wonderful picture that brings to mind.

When you shine your light, people see an amazing countenance within you and they will see all the good that you do. In turn they will see how it glorifies the Lord. Christians were meant to shine their light in a dark world. We are called to bring the Hope of Jesus to everyone.

The light brings hope to those who are in dark places. Be the one that does good, and reaches others for Christ. For He came to bring salvation as a free gift to all who will repent, accept, and believe.
